Superconductivity Dance Flash Mob (emergentuniverse.org)

Created for the online science museum emergentuniverse.org, this dance flash mob illustrates the behavior of electrons in a superconductor. Superconductors are materials which, at very low temperatures, can conduct electric currents without any resistance. That means that the current can flow forever with no energy loss.
The exhibit on superconductivity at emergentuniverse.org will go live this summer, 011, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the discovery of the phenomenon of superconductivity. Emergentuniverse.org is sponsored by the Institute for Complex Adaptive Matter (icam-icam.org).

At lunchtime on December 2nd, 200, we flashmobbed unsuspecting students with a wicked rendition of Footloose! Shot entirely on iPhones and compiled together.

Défi réussi : Flashmob de Stromae à Disneyland Paris en direct sur TF1 pour l'association ELA

Samedi 13 novembre 2010, le chanteur Stromae s'est mobilisé pour l'association ELA en réalisant un grand Flashmob en plein cœur de Disneyland Paris. Un défi diffusé en direct sur TF1 dans le cadre de l'émission LES STARS SE DEPASSENT POUR ELA.
L'association ELA et le chanteur Stromae ont réuni plus de 1500 participants pour ce Flashmob événement en soutien de la lutte contre les Leucodystrophies. Ensemble, ils ont réalisé une chorégraphie spectaculaire sur le tube « Alors on danse » de Stromae en direct du Parc Disneyland. Le samedi 13 novembre dernier à 23h00, l'ambiance était à son comble sur Main Street U.S.A., devant le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant.
LES STARS SE DEPASSENT POUR ELA
Jean-Pierre Foucault, Benjamin Castaldi, Nikos Aliagas et Arthur se sont mobilisés pour l'association ELA. Ils ont réuni le temps d'une soirée exceptionnelle sur TF1 de prestigieuses stars qui ont réalisé une prestation unique.
Les parrains de l'association, Zinédine Zidane et Florent Pagny, ainsi que Bixente Lizarazu, Salma Hayek, Sofia Essaïdi, Arielle Dombasle, Lorie et Philippe Bas, Pascal Obispo, Victoria Silvstedt, Fabien Barthez, François-Xavier Demaison, Grégoire, Shy'm et Stromae s'étaient entraîné des semaines entières avec les meilleurs coachs pour offrir un show exceptionnel et à couper le souffle !
Ils ont choisi une prestation dans un domaine qui leur était inconnu et à contre-emploi. Les téléspectateurs ont donc pu les découvrir comme ils ne les avaient jamais vus.

The Official Lincoln Flashmob Video - 21st March 2009

Flashmob performed on Lincoln High Street on the 21st March 2009, led by Jack Jay. Made by Trademark Productions as part of the Royal Television Society awarded documentary, "Flashmobs - The Story Behind The Madness". Over 70 students randomly dancing in the street on a Saturday afternoon. The documentary has since won two awards at 2009's Midlands RTS awards for 'Best Factual film' and 'Best Overall Student Production'. The flashmob also featured in SKY ONE's "Got to Dance" warm-up show hosted by Davina McCall on 20th December 2009.

SafeAuto Flash Mob Dance at Easton

Over 100 dancers from the Pinnell Dance Centre and a special guest surprise shoppers with a flash mob at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio while dancing to the famous SafeAuto jingle.
