[OFFICIAL] Michael Jackson Thriller vs. Twilight: Flash Mob at Sherman Oaks Galleria

The Sherman Oaks Galleria s first flash mob event on Monday, October 25, 2010 combined Michael Jackson s "Thriller" with a touch of "Twilight."
Featuring fitness personalities Billy Blanks Jr. and Sharon Catherine Blanks, the production showcased mock conflicts between traditional Thriller dancers and characters inspired by the "Twilight" motion picture series.Billy and Sharon were joined by their "Dance With Me family from 24 Hour Fitness-Magic Johnson Sport at the Sherman Oaks Galleria."Twilight" dancers makeup was provided by "Future Professionals" from Paul Mitchell The School Sherman Oaks.

Omaha Performing Arts Flash Mob

On December 8, 200, Omaha Performing Arts brought holiday cheer to customers at Westroads Mall in Omaha, NE when the Omaha Symphonic Chorus, Voices of Omaha and other musical friends joined in and sang the Hallelujah Chorus.Thousands of people watched and/or participated in the moving performance!Omaha Performing Arts, OBI Creative and Oberon Entertainment coordinated the event.

DCs Largest West Coast Swing Flash MOB (official video).mpg

In October 21 DC area teachers helped 1's of local west coast swing dancers learn the flash mob choreography. More than 3 turned out October 16th in Washington DC to mob an unsuspecting crowd gathered by the stage on Pennsylvania avenue for the light the night fundraiser walk. It was a blast! Thanks to everyone that helped make it happen.

The last of three Cologne, Germany Thriller flash mobs on MJ&#;s BIRTHDAY (August 9, 009), plus fans having fun... singing, dancing and chanting afterwards. We sang We Are the World, Beat It, Bad and &#;Happy Birthday&#; to our beloved Michael. Enjoy!
P.S. ONE IS NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY MUSIC OUTSIDE THE KÖLNER DOM (CATHEDRAL), so this last flash mob began with clapping and then the dancers shouted the steps (see thrilltheworld.com) instead.

In June 1859, the Archbishop of Melbourne, Dr. Goold, petitioned the Sisters of Mercy in Dublin to establish a community in Geelong.On September 5, 1859 they set sail, and in 1860 opened a school at their convent, Mercer's Hill, Newtown.
On April 18th, 010 the College community proudly celebrated our 150th Anniversary, with an outdoor mass for 5,000 people, and a day of festivities.
The public Performance Art form called Flashmob is a 1st century phenomenon, and we thought it fitting to create some history of our own by performing a Sacred Heart College Flashmob Dance.The two dance teachers in collaboration with final year Dance students chose current music, and choreographed iconic dance moves of our time. (Look out for Flashdance, The Mosh Pit, Thriller and The Sprinkler.) The entire school community of 1500 students and staff got behind the idea and learned the dance, keeping it secret from family and friends. It was performed twice:- in the morning after the mass, and again in the afternoon during the festivities.
